Happy Thanksgiving…
My family is spread very much over the planet at this moment, but regardless, we are close at heart. We keep in touch the usual way, Skype, iChat, FaceTime, email, texting, and the ever familiar phone. Thank goodness for technology!
When our travel group was in Peru recently, a shaman traveled days and days, and walked miles because he knew we were coming and he wanted to share and guide us in our offerings to Mother Earth, not too far off from our traditional Thanksgiving wishes. It was a wonderful ritual, and we all felt humbled to take part. I wish the best to you, your family and friends, in the spirit of giving and sharing at Thanksgiving. Have a wonderful holiday! ~ Deb
