Travel photography, near and far…
My latest article is about travel photography near and far… it’s not what you see, but what you feel that makes for better pictures. My instinctive approach to photography is always to create an image that conveys what it feels like to be there—in other words, the experience of being there. For example, standing on Tower Bridge in London is absolutely amazing. I loved seeing the historic architecture, and feeling the the rush of traffic next me… I want the viewer to feel what it was like to be there at that moment.
