Pipe dreams…

Cuba is full of the most wonderful faces, I would go back in a heartbeat. The people are friendly, and enjoy conversation in spite of the language barrier. Most people have a story to tell as with this gentleman and his pipe. Taking his picture was just the first step. Enhancing the photo to tell more of the story is the next step. Bringing out detail and color adds dimension and interest to the image.

To do this, I started with one of the presets in Topaz Adjust and then I fine-tuned it by adjusting the various sliders. The end result reflects more of what I envisioned when I took the photo, making his story more vivid and real.
