Twilight photography and upcoming workshops…
Lake Monroe in Sanford, Florida is one of my favorite places to photograph in central Florida. The sky is ever changing, creating wonderful opportunities for photography night and day. I waited until twilight to take this photograph, using low light to create a long exposure, smoothing the rippled water of the lake. A Nikkor 16-35mm lens allowed me to capture all the drama in the sky and water. I will be giving a two day workshop on night photography, along with photographer Reg Garner, (limited to 10 participants). Reg has fantastic studio in the Sanford area. We’ll give a creative and fun presentation on the how to’s of night photography, followed by a night shoot, and image review/critique session. More information coming soon! For all upcoming workshop and seminar information, follow this link… http://www.debsandidge.com/workshops. I’ll also be leading a few twilight photography workshops during the Bosque del Apache Festival of the Cranes this November, details will be posted soon. I hope you can join me!
